Bootcamps & Group Fitness
We keep your sessions varied by mixing up old school cardio, creative body weight exercises, challenging resistance and very hip pilates based exercises. A killer combination to get awesome results in little time.
This type of training is modified for all levels of fitness, so there's no need to feel nervous or intimidated. Every client will be looked after, and exercises can be modified to your ability.
All we ask is that you commit to yourself and to your team mates and do your best.
Your first 2 bootcamps are free. After that, classes are $15 (paid a month in advance).
